Hunger Initiative

Thanks to generous support from Albertsons Foundation, the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, and the Raskob Foundation, Dismas House is proud to announce its Youth and Family Hunger Initiative. This initiative distributes thousands of pounds of produce grown at the Dismas Family Farm to disadvantaged, low-income individuals and families from throughout Worcester. This initiative serves the dual purpose of supporting the rehabilitative efforts of the Dismas Family Farm, as all produce is cultivated and tended by farm residents. Agency partners include the Jeremiah’s Inn Food Pantry and Worcester Common Ground.
