Food Access Program

Thanks to generous support from Albertsons Foundation, the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, the Raskob Foundation, and others, Dismas House has expanded its Youth and Family Food Access Program. This initiative distributes thousands of pounds of produce grown at the Dismas Family Farm to low-income individuals and families from throughout Worcester County. The food access program serves the dual purpose of supporting the rehabilitation of residents at the Dismas Family Farm, as all produce is cultivated and tended by farm residents. Agency partners include the Barre Food Pantry, Jeremiah’s Inn Food Pantry, and Worcester Common Ground.
